In the failedExE corner of the web…
What’s been going on?
Well we didn’t see the need to over saturate the web with all the fanfare about the release of OS X Lion, hell, we posted Dev preview 4 and Gold Master Version a whole couple months prior to it’s official release.
We are currently working on “noob-torials” for a few different nuances and will be posting them shortly to the videos section of failedExE.
I will be attending Comicon 2011 for the first time with a camera crew and filming all the freaks and skin and glory and posting that as well to the failedExE videos section.
If you still want to download the retail version of OS X Lion, you can grab a bootable .dmg
or your cheap ass can fork over the $30 for a authorized copy which is allowed to be installed on up to 10 of your devices. Not a bad deal considering it to be the cheapest Apple OS release ever…right?
I’m also working a end-all-solution for getting a GTX 480 to work on a Hackintosh (currently I have it solid up to 10.6.7 with full QE/CI , I’ve tried MacMan’s, TonyMac’s, and of course NetKas’s methods but none of them worked for me perfectly. I’m putting together a kext package that will end everyone’s pain with getting the shit to work properly. This should be live within the next three days as long as I don’t get overwhelmed with work.
